Caladwich is seeking motivated, customer-focused Material Coordinator to support the readiness, disposition and control of the NFCCA Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE)Table of Allowance (TOA). Logistics & Supply Chain Operations • Ensure all 3M related records are accurate and up to date every 18 months and checked for accuracy and reported through equipment reports. • Establish, manage and maintain the 3-M Planned Maintenance System (PMS), Maintenance Data System (MDS) Inactive and Equipment Maintenance (IEM). • Generate detailed reports outlining deficiencies in 3M program as well as proposed solutions. • Audit accounts and ensure proper documentation of all transactions • Investigate order discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with management Operational Support • Draft and submit all required Standard Subject Identification Code (SSIC) CESE correspondence to higher headquarters to maintain accurate administrative control of all CESE and attachments. • Provide technical assistance to the Supply Officer concerning repair parts. • Provide quality assurance on all documents and tasks output by contractor employees • Maintain compliance with established SOPs and government logistics procedures. • Attend command Maintenance meetings, establish relationships and communications to follow-up pending maintenance and work request Requirements Required Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Dept. of War (Formerly DoD) supply chain management • Thorough understanding of Naval Technical Command Support System (NCTSS) supply operations, Information System Office (ISO) and 3-M parts procurement processes, R-Supply and OMMS-NG functions. • Candidate must possess excellent written communication skills, including formal document preparation and report drafting. • Must be comfortable in fast paced, government contracting climate. • Highly proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation application usage • Material Maintenance Management (3M) documentation experience. Other Requirements: • Must be a US Citizen • Must be eligible to access US Military Installation. • Must be able to pass background investigations including a FBI fingerprint check and a National Agency Check with Inquires (NACI) adjudication.
Responsibilities
The Material Coordinator will manage and maintain the 3-M Planned Maintenance System and ensure accurate record-keeping for equipment reports. They will also provide technical assistance regarding repair parts and draft correspondence to maintain administrative control of CESE assets.
