Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock. * Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. * Track material usage and update inventory management systems. * Work closely with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely delivery. * Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. * Ensure proper documentation of material movements. * Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and project teams. * Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency. * Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Food Safety Responsibilities * Comply with all company food safety and quality assurance procedures at all times. * Ensure all work product contact surfaces are restored to sanitary condition after any job completion. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field). * 2+ years of experience in materials coordination, inventory control, or supply chain. * Proficiency in inventory management software or ERP systems. * Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. * Good communication and problem-solving abilities. * Basic knowledge of procurement and warehouse procedures. Computer Skills * To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with Microsoft Office -- MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: * Productivity - Employee is efficient and prudent with utilizing resources to meet operational standards, (production, process).
