Lokasjon: Forus / Oslo / Ågotnes / Stavanger Duration: 09.02.2026 - 29.01.2027 The Subsea Logistics / Material Coordinator will work across project disciplines, Supply Chain Management, contractors, and Subsea Operations. The role is responsible for coordinating and managing material handling and preservation processes, as well as ensuring adherence to established subsea logistics plans and procedures. The position reports to the Subsea Construction Manager within the project organization and will interface closely with the Supply Chain Management function. Periodic presence at project and operational storage locations (e.g. Ågotnes) is required to ensure close follow-up of equipment together with contractors. Purpose of the Position: Ensure custody and control of subsea equipment throughout the project phase and until final handover to Operations/Asset Roles & Responsibilities Develop logistics strategy and ensure adherence to subsea material handling procedures Act as focal point for material logistics, handling, and preservation processes within the project Ensure controlled handover of equipment from project to Operations / Supply Chain Responsible for logistics of company-owned equipment post-handover (delivery, transport, receipt) Follow up Equipment to Warehouse completion process Facilitate regular CPI meetings within the subsea project and with other relevant stakeholders (e.g. topside, drilling & wells) Follow up SPIR process Ensure correct registration of spare equipment and tools in relevant systems and applications Ensure optimal storage strategy and locations for spare equipment and tools for both Project and Operations Follow up transition of equipment between supplier and company sites where relevant Perform site follow-up to ensure storage, maintenance, and preservation are performed according to agreed requirements Follow up equipment mobilization to offshore sites (including SAP Z-015 and planning in PIMS) Ensure contractor compliance with maintenance and preservation programs at storage sites Proactively participate in relevant forums and identify gaps and improvement opportunities related to material handling processes Qualifications Technical / Education: Experience from subsea field development projects Solid understanding of subsea equipment from an operator or major project perspective Knowledge of storage, preservation, and material handling processes Personal Skills: Strong HSE mindset and active use of SAFER in daily work Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented Strong communication skills and a structured way of working
