Position Summary The Material Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely movement of materials from the warehouse to production. This position is responsible for verifying that all materials are properly scanned out of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) against the correct work orders. The coordinator will work closely with warehouse staff, inventory control, and production teams to maintain data integrity and support efficient workflow execution. Key Responsibilities * Ensure all outbound materials from the warehouse are scanned out of WMS accurately and promptly * Validate that materials are scanned into MES against the correct work order and production line * Monitor and reconcile discrepancies between WMS and MES systems * Collaborate with warehouse associates to resolve scanning or tagging issues * Support inventory audits and cycle counts as needed * Communicate material flow issues to the Warehouse Inventory Supervisor for corrective action * Maintain documentation of scanned transactions and work order alignment * Assist in training warehouse staff on proper scanning procedures and system usage * Uphold safety and compliance standards during material handling and system operations   Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred * 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or production coordination * Familiarity with WMS and MES systems; Oracle or SAP experience a plus * Strong attention to detail and data accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory tracking tools * Forklift certification preferred   Preferred Traits * Accuracy of WMS-to-MES material transfers * Timeliness of scanning and work order alignment * Reduction in material discrepancies and rework * Compliance with SOPs and safety protocols T1 Energy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
