Key Responsibilities: Monitor and control raw materials, internal and external materials, and logistics-related materials to support production operations. Manage incoming material records, register EAOs, and maintain accurate inventory status. Perform material accumulation, stock control, and cycle count activities to ensure inventory accuracy. Process PO entries and exits for internal and external materials. Oversee material issuance and return processes to site. Monitor Work in Progress (WIP), including inventory inspection and tracking production progress. Ensure compliance with logistics procedures and maintain proper manufacturing documentation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project scheduling, material planning, process coordination, and change management. Identify and resolve material-related issues during production processes. Requirements & Qualifications: Experience in material control, inventory management, or production support within manufacturing / oil & gas industry. Forklift license is required. Strong understanding of inventory systems and material control processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) will be an advantage. Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong coordination ability.
