Purpose of the Position Drive logistics engineering excellence for eAxle manufacturing by developing and optimizing internal and external material flow processes and planning logistics operations infrastructure. Supporting cross functional projects implementing new manufacturing valuestreams to ensure robust, efficient, and high-quality production systems. 2. Key Responsibilities Develop lean and robust material flow solutions “dock to dock” including loading/unloading operations, warehousing, production supply, internal transportation and automization. Identify and manage interactions within crossfunctional teams for new products and process optimization during plant ramp up and series production phase. Planning of external and overseas supply chains including repacking operations in close collaboration with Packaging design, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Suppliers. Serve as responsible and plant expert for Logistics engineering for material flow systems Support physical logistics operations in continuous improvement and training Ensure process standardization and documentation for daily operation 3. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of logistics process chain development (supply chain network design and logistics in product engineering process – SCND and LOG@PEP) Experience in high-volume manufacturing environment and with Lean Production Systems Insights in packaging design and/or logistics operations preferred Strong analytical, structured, independent and KPI-based working style Experience and results in complex and international project teams Excellent communication skills in English and ability to convince for logistics solutions Willingness to relocate as per business needs. Qualifications BE/B.Tech, Industrial/Mechanical or MBA (operations). Additional Information Minimum 5 years in design and operations of physical Logistics in automotive or electrified powertrain sectors, eg, Layout planning, internal Transportation and Warehousing in high volume serial business, etc. First leadership experience preferred towards role in growing organization. This role is integral to ensure that the Logistics processes supporting eAxle manufacturing and operations processes meet Bosch’s high standards for quality, efficiency, and target cost, directly contributing to the success of Electrified Motion manufacturing operations
