Main function/responsibility/competencies Management of two or more Indirect Material Groups within the country Development of short- and long-term strategies to improve overall efficiencies Identification and delivery of structural saving initiatives through a data driven approach and cooperation with technical departments Develop and maintain supplier relationships based on quality, innovation and sustainability Adapt and improve tools, systems and processes to better achieve the above 資格 Bachelor or Master in Commercial or Technical field preferred 5+ years of experience and proven track record in procurement, supply chain management or project management (engineering or chemical preferred) Analytical skills with strong data analysis and interpretation Strong negotiation skills and ability to build strategic relationships with suppliers Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite In-depth knowledge of global procurement practices and market trends Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) or PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred Fluent in English and Japanese preferred 商学または技術分野の学士号または修士号取得者優遇調達、サプライチェーンマネジメント、またはプロジェクトマネジメント（エンジニアリングまたは化学分野が望ましい）における5年以上の経験と実績優れたデータ分析・解釈能力を備えた分析スキル優れた交渉力、サプライヤーとの戦略的な関係構築能力 ERPシステム（SAP、Oracleなど）およびMicrosoft Office Suiteの知識グローバルな調達慣行と市場動向に関する深い知識優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル、組織のあらゆる階層と効果的に連携できる能力 CPSM（Certified Professional in Supply Management）、CPM（Certified Purchasing Manager）、PMP（Project Managmenet Professional）などの専門資格取得者優遇英語と日本語が堪能な方優遇
