Requirements Stock all assembly lines and respond to the material requests from the shop. Pull daily shippers for small parts, create shipping labels, and deliver to shipping department. Pull pack (P.K.) kits for delivery to the shipping department. Understand manufacturing job routings, bill of materials (BOM), and job pick lists. Build kits, print picklists, shortage sheets, and pack palletized parts for shipment. Maintain consolidation of parts in warehouse and on production line. Put away incoming material from return baskets or the receiving dock. Maintain the shortage list and fill shortages as material is received.
