Referral bonus program Tuition reimbursement HSA Medical plan option with annual company contribution Perks at Work – discounts on shopping, travel & more Proven continued business growth for future opportunities Position Overview: Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials and finished goods throughout the plant, as well as operating secondary packaging equipment to support production and quality standards. What You’ll Do: Safely transfer raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and secondary packaging equipment (case erectors, packers, sealers, palletizers, etc.) Perform daily forklift inspections and follow all safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements Monitor packaging operations to ensure food safety, quality, and customer specifications Conduct equipment cleaning, inspections, troubleshooting, and minor adjustments Perform changeovers, line clears, labeling, and coding setup Accurately record inventory movements, production data, and work logs (MES) Identify and report quality issues, equipment malfunctions, and unsafe conditions Maintain a clean, organized work area and participate in team meetings and training Other duties as assigned. Requirements What You’ll Need: Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, and observational skills Basic math skills Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and support an inclusive work environment
