Our core values define us: * Integrity & Humility * Winning Attitude * Team Player * Consider It Done * Takes Initiative Position Overview The Material Handler is responsible for safely moving raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility to support efficient manufacturing operations. This position ensures production teams have the materials they need while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe, organized work environment. Essential Responsibilities * Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.  * Supply production areas with raw materials and components.  * Move finished products to designated warehouse locations.  * Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.  * Verify quantities and inspect materials for damage.  * Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and documentation.  * Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities.  * Organize warehouse and storage areas using 5S principles.  * Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.  * Assist other departments as needed to meet customer requirements.    Qualifications * High school diploma or GED preferred.  * Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.  * Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified).  * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.  * Basic computer and inventory system skills.  * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  * Positive attitude and dependable attendance.    Physical Requirements * Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.  * Regular lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials.  * Ability to bend, reach, squat, and climb as needed.  * Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.    What We Offer * Competitive pay  * Career advancement opportunities  * Paid training  * Comprehensive benefits  * Stable, growing manufacturing environment  * Opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team
