This position requires the operation of a forklift, and other tools as needed. They perform the required duties to quality and productivity standards. If you're looking for a place to grow, share your ideas, and make an impact, we’d love to have you on our team.   RESPONSIBILITIES:  * Physically receives all incoming packages and orders as well as prepares and ships outgoing packages. * Verifies quantities ordered match quantities shipped on packing slips and note discrepancies, check shipments for damages. * Operate the forklift and wrapping machine as needed * Determines labeling requirements for shipping containers including any special labels required by the customer * Prepare documents and record receipts in a timely manner * Move materials from production to finished goods area, and from receiving dock to storage areas * Ability to use an RF scanning device to move inventory. * Understanding of inventory location processes and food safety requirements. * Familiarity with loading trailers and safety of loading trailers. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:  * Forklift Certification: Preferred, forklift experience preferred * Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills * Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills along with strong ability to multitask * Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with customers and team members. * Other Skills: Ability to work effectively with peers, management, and other departments. * Technical Proficiency: Computer literacy and RF scanners   WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  * Warehouse Setting: The role is primarily based in the warehouse with loud noises and fluctuations in temperature * Communication: Ability to communicate in English * Mobility: Required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. * Lifting: Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds continuously.   EQUAL OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT:  Finlays Solutions is an equal employment opportunity employer seeking diversity in qualified applicants for employment.
