Job Description Essential Duties/Functions Receiving of raw materials accurately in accordance to the rules set in the SOP. • Pulling, staging, and restocking of raw materials for production needs. • Picking up finished goods from production in a timely manner, labeling them, and storing them in the warehouse. • Must comply with all safety rules and regulations. • Pull, ship, stage, label and fill out all corresponding paperwork in accordance with DOT and SOP requirements for shipping. • Loading outbound trucks in accordance with all ISO and DOT regulations. • Perform all cleaning and organizational duties to function the warehouse. Qualifications Minimum Requirements • High school education or GED. • Hazmat and DOT training & certification, within 6 months of hire date and recertification every 3 years. • Certified to operate forklift safely and efficiently. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Good housekeeping and organizational practices • Ability to pass certification for safe operation of a forklift. • Adhere to company Health and Safety Rules • Ability to comprehend and abide by all ISO trained regulations and related SOP. • Completeness of assigned tasks and good attention to detail and accuracy of paperwork. • To recognize that health and safety is an obligation of every employee and to take reasonable care of oneself and others and to comply with Beckers Health and Safety policy and any Beckers procedures/rules that apply to the role. All employees have an obligation to highlight unsafe conditions and EHS Managers, Officers, Supervisors and above have an obligation to shut down any activity if it is operating in an unsafe condition. Physical Requirements • Employee must bend, sit, squat, walk, climb, push/pull heavy objects using appropriate equipment. • Employee must reach above shoulder level, use fine finger movements. • Employee may be exposed at times to excessive noise, moving machinery, marked changes in temperature and/or humidity. • Employee may be exposed to dust, fumes, gases, and chemicals • Employee must be able to carry/lift loads of up to 50 lbs.
