This includes issuing and staging raw materials and packaging to a job before production occurs. The Material Handler will assist in the cycle count program. Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Allerton, IA Start Date: ASAP Role Responsibilities · Receive all inbound deliveries – Complete all documentation as required. · Load/unload trucks. · Prepare all outbound shipments for complete and timely delivery to customer. · Schedule and follow up on all inbound deliveries and outbound shipments. · Pick all materials from pick lists and deliver / transfer to production staging areas. · Maintain perpetual inventory log and confirmations. · Perform daily forklift checks and equipment within the S/R areas. · Maintain all GMP processes and procedures to ensure a compliant facility. · Complete weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly GMP audits and address all subpar findings in a timely manner. · Maintain and control all materials within the warehouse. Return all remaining materials from production runs back into inventory and finalize control documents on said changes (additions/deletions) as required. · Manage materials movement within the ERP system. · Receive and ship items within the ERP system. · Will maintain the COA database on shared drive under the direction of Ops. Coordinator. · Maintain a vigilant posture and practice on personal safety and product integrity Skills & Qualifications · High School Diploma or Equivalent · 1-year previous material handling experience · Must be self-disciplined, a team player, and be able to handle emergency situations common to the operation. · Must be able to maintain and display personal cleanliness and follow GMPs’ as described in company guidelines. · Must be able to write clearly and in an organized fashion. · Must be able to use a computer: MS office; and other company provided software. · Infant Formula or Food manufacturing experience preferred.
