Position: Material Handler
Reports to: Production Supervisor
Role Overview: Based at our Lurgan site and reporting to the Production Supervisor. The Material Handler will be responsible for ensuring all raw materials, WIP parts and finished goods are processed correctly and efficiently.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Liaising with Team Leaders / Managers to achieve optimum supply chain efficiency.
  • Moving material from stage to stage of each process in a safe, efficient and effective manner
  • Ensuring procedures for designated storage systems are adhered to
  • Housekeeping will play a major part in this role.
  • Kitting of works orders
  • Stock checks / counts
  • General forklift duties as required.

Responsibilities
  • Be able to demonstrate initiative.
  • The individual must be committed to their role and be willing to carry out overtime when required by their line manager
