Description

Transfer material from SAP to MES Transports material upon request, using a forklift/pallet truck Deliver material to the production floor. Manage FIFO Perform Cycle Counts based on calendar. Notify production of expiring material. Ship material, devices, and submit Continuous Improvements. Report issues and challenges. Audit readiness. Manage correct storage of all material. Complete any other tasks/roles assigned as necessary. Leaving Certificate qualification or Fetac Level 5. MES experience desirable, but not essential. Warehouse experience desired. SAP experience desirable but not essential. Manufacturing in a regulated environment is desirable. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills desired. Good communication skills. Needs to be able to work on own initiative. Have the ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate a strong motivation towards teamwork. Must be flexible, highly motivated and committed with the ability to deliver results by taking the initiative. Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The Material Handler is responsible for transferring materials, managing FIFO, performing cycle counts, and notifying production of expiring materials. Additional duties include shipping materials, reporting issues, and ensuring audit readiness.
