Falcon provides economical manufacturing to large volume clients through our highly trained staff, advanced manufacturing technology, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing. Job Description: Falcon is looking to add Material Handler/ Forklift Operator to our team. Responsibilities: · Load/unload material from trucks independently. · Operate material handling equipment as needed indoor/outdoor in tight spaces · Load and unload materials between departments within the facility and production workstations with forklift and/or pallet jack · Reports to Department Manager. · May perform other related duties or work at a different workstation as production needs require. Requirements · Valid forklift certificate is required · Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing · Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklift · Ability to work independently and in a team environment · Ability to meet productivity standards, completing work in a timely manner · Ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment · Dependable · Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds and more. · Energetic and eager to learn Bonus Points: · Experience in metal shop production · Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) Location: Somerset, NJ Job Type: Full-time, first shift Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 2:30pm · Overtime as needed Benefits · Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance · Company Paid Basic Life and AD&D Insurance · Voluntary Benefits (Supplemental Life Insurance, LegalShield, and more) · Company Paid Long-term Disability · 401K with Company Match · Paid Vacation and Sick Time · 9 Paid Holidays Pay: hourly, from $17.00-$20.00 DOE
