JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious individual to join our warehouse and production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient handling and transportation of raw materials and finished goods within our facility.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 85 lbs / 39 kg
• Forklift certification and experience preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Consistent attendance and reliability

• Transport and stage raw materials for production
• Return and organize materials in designated warehouse locations
• Operate lift trucks and roll clamp equipment safely and effectively
• Remove finished products and production waste
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with bale technician duties
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
