At Tempo Flexible Packaging, we are inspiring change for the future. As an award-winning leader in the flexible packaging solutions industry, our vision is to be the preferred partner of sustainable and socially responsible flexible packaging solutions in North America. • Monitor supply levels of film and other materials for production departments, restocking when needed or requested.
  • Assist in the Converting department by preparing or loading rolls of film onto machinery.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the Warehouse department by counting, weighing, sorting, packing, and unpacking skids in preparation for Tempo’s inventory program.
  • Operate and maintain Tempo’s automated production equipment, reporting any damage or defects found.
  • Protect the health and safety of yourself and others by performing safety circle checks on equipment, creating work orders to repair damaged equipment, and keeping common workstations and areas clean.
  • Other duties as required by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.

We believe in a positive work-life balance – which may look different for everyone. In the spirit of equity and inclusion, employees of Tempo Flexible Packaging receive the following employee benefits and perks:

  • An environment built on the core values of community, genuineness, integrity, partnership, respect and teamwork.

  • Competitive health and dental benefits, including a flexible healthcare spending account, Employee Assistance Program and employee perks and discounts at a variety of retailers.
  • Employee bonus programs, including attendance, referral, uniforms and health and wellness!
  • RRSP/DPSP matching, investing in your future each pay!

The salary range for this position begins at $20.00/hour, however, the final compensation will be based on many factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialties and training. We strive to be competitive in the labour market, and the above range represents Tempo’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range at the time of posting.
