JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for finding the correct parts and bringing the parts to the area they will be worked on or assembled throughout the day. Responsibilities include: * Safely operating a forklift to move materials * Delivering required parts in a timely and accurate manner * Filling orders given to them/ keeping accurate part counts * Delivering raw materials to various machines as needed * Help unload trucks and put materials away * Additional items as assigned by manager COMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS * Must work safely and follow all shop safety rules * Forklift operation * Effective communication skills * Time management skills * Adequate math skills; add, subtract, multiply * All Armor employees are also expected to demonstrate Armor’s core values of being: * Customer Focused * Passionate about Work * Solution Oriented * Driven by Integrity EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE * High School Diploma or equivalent * 1-3 years of experience operating a forklift EQUIPMENT USED This position uses a fork truck, measuring tools, hand dollies, calculator, and various lift assisting devices. WORKING AND PHYSICAL CONDITIONS This position will work on the manufacturing floor and some lifting, climbing and kneeling are required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for locating and delivering correct parts to assembly areas and machines throughout the day. Duties include operating a forklift, unloading trucks, and maintaining accurate part counts.
