POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for receiving and warehousing product and supplying the production lines in a timely, efficient and safe manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years previous experience in receiving/material handling required.
• Previous forklift and leadership experience an asset.
• Must be in good physical shape as job requires heavy lifting and extensive walking.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, effective communication, time-management and organizational skills.
• Work with a sense of urgency, strong retention of information and attention to detail (accuracy for completing paperwork).

• Collect department raw material request forms and retrieve material from warehouse (i.e. door slabs, aluminum, vinyl, fastening devices etc.) and supply materials to requesting departments.
• Work as a team to properly warehouse materials for Production.
• Assist and/or operate overhead crane to unload glass truck.
