Job Description RESUMEN: Realizar las tareas físicas involucradas en los almacenes, así como el almacenamiento, traslado y manejo de estos materiales de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos, completando el proceso en tiempo y forma y asegurando la exactitud y consistencia de la documentación contra la cantidad física y el sistema SAP. RESPONSABILIDADES: Realizar el recuento periódico o cíclico de materiales, según sea necesario, para garantizar que se mantenga el nivel requerido y preciso de los materiales. Responsable de brindar respuestas inmediatas y cerrar las notificaciones del sistema FTPC relacionadas con el material utilizado en la planta de producción (FTPC Monitor) con el fin de asegurar el correcto control de los materiales. Almacenar los materiales recibidos en el almacén en tiempo y según indicaciones, para que estén disponibles para el proceso de equipamiento del piso de producción. Archivar la documentación generada en el almacén que esté relacionada con el control de materiales con el fin de asegurar que esté debidamente documentada en tiempo y forma de acuerdo con los lineamientos y procedimientos establecidos por el departamento. Comunicar e informar al líder de área cualquier problema relacionado con los casos encontrados durante el proceso de recepción o envío de materiales para que se tomen las medidas o acciones correspondientes. Garantizar la producción y distribución ordenada de productos retirando pedidos del inventario, entregando materiales y suministros de producción cuando sea necesario y organizando la distribución final del producto terminado. REQUISITOS: Bachiller. Conocimientos básicos de office (Excel, Word y Outlook). Conocimiento básico de inglés. 1 años de experiencia en áreas de almacén y manejo de inventario, preferiblemente.
