Description
The Material Handler II is responsible for the handling and movement of material within the plant. Additionally, this role provides support to other material handlers, maintains documentation related to material handling, and maintains communication with Supply Chain to ensure all issues are resolved. Comply with all safety policies and procedures, including wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment Deliver materials safely and efficiently to various locations using a daily checklist Unload trucks and check freight bills (shipping & receiving) Return materials back to stock and maintain all related documentation Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand throughout working shift and work overtime as needed. Must have a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution Computer Skills Minimum of 6-month previous standup reach forklift operating experience No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of work location will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
