Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must have a Forklift Certificate •High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or material handling role, preferably in a regulated environment (e.g., medical device, pharmaceutical). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the proper handling and storage of chemicals and biological samples is highly desirable. Proficiency in operating material handling equipment, including a valid forklift operator certification, or the ability to pass certification immediately upon hire. Basic computer skills and experience with FedEx Ship Management software is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities required for the job. Responsibilities: Receive all incoming deliveries, verifying piece counts against bills of lading. Check in items received into our internal tracking system Prepare shipments for domestic and international transportation, including proper packaging, labeling, and documentation (e.g., customs forms, dangerous goods declarations). Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate material movement Perform all warehousing functions, including storage, picking, staging, and movement of materials throughout the site. Maintain accurate records within our systems. Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with all safety standards and good manufacturing practices (GMP). Safely and properly handle hazardous chemicals and biological materials following strict protocols and procedures. Ensure appropriate temperature control and storage conditions are maintained for all sensitive materials A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
