Description Position Summary The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and issuance of raw materials, components, and finished goods within a fast-paced bathtub manufacturing facility. This role ensures materials are delivered to production lines safely, efficiently, and on time to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders and packing slips Inspect materials for damage, quality issues, and proper documentation Safely unload, move, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment Maintain organized inventory locations for fiberglass, acrylic sheets, resins, hardware, and packaging materials Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production lines based on work orders and schedules Support production by ensuring timely replenishment of materials to avoid downtime Accurately record inventory transactions in ERP or inventory management systems Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits Package and prepare finished bathtubs and components for shipment Load outbound shipments in accordance with shipping schedules and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment (5S standards) Follow all company safety policies, especially when handling chemicals (resins, solvents) and large molded products Requirements Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent 1–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience (manufacturing environment preferred) Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems Ability to read work orders, labels, and shipping documents Preferred: Experience in fiberglass, plastics, or heavy manufacturing environments Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, Oracle, or similar) Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Good communication skills with production and logistics teams Basic problem-solving skills Time management and ability to prioritize tasks Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching Ability to operate material handling equipment safely Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with dust, noise, and varying temperatures We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
