Description What will you do in this job? Receive product from retail stores, donation sites, and donors Sort product into processing, recycling and storage categories Operate a forklift to load and unload materials Unload and load trucks Operate a baler (not all locations) Complete cleaning tasks as needed Regularly conduct and document safety inspections Provide customers service using Greet, Offer, Thank and Ask Back protocol Compensation and Benefits for Part-Time Work (less than 30 hours): Starting Rate: $17.50, with eligibility for annual performance-based increases. Maximum pay is $21.42, achievable through sustained good performance and years of service. Benefits Include: Paid Vacation and Sick Leave: Accrued based on hours worked. Paid Time Off (PTO): 4 hours available for use immediately upon hire. Additional Longevity PTO: Earned on the anniversary date of hire, based on full- or part-time status. Enrollment entry dates are January 1st or July 1st. Work Schedule: Work hours are from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM; specific days will vary depending on business needs.
