Job Description: As a Material Handler, you will primarily be responsible for maintaining the smooth flow of material around the plant and ensuring material is available for production as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma.

  • Experience with production or warehouse equipment is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Pick and put away material from the warehouse using hand and powered handling equipment.
  • Maintaining the flow of materials being used in production.
  • Load and unload materials in accordance with scheduling needs.
  • Completing relevant documentation.
  • Operation of a variety of production equipment.
  • Work as part of the team to ensure part quality.
  • Manage the processing of scrap material.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the shift leader.
  • Comply with safe work practices.
