We are looking to add a Material Handler – Receiving to our team to support our electronics manufacturing operation. As a Material Handler – Receiving, you'll be responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are properly stored and available to support production. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Receive incoming materials and inspect shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness * Verify received materials against packing lists, purchase orders, and receiving documentation * Accurately process receipts and inventory transactions within the inventory management system * Label, organize, and store materials in designated inventory locations * Deliver materials to production and staging areas in a timely manner * Maintain accurate inventory through proper handling, storage, and documentation * Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices * Identify, document, and report discrepancies, damaged materials, or receiving issues * Support quality inspections and work closely with Purchasing, Production, and Quality teams * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving and warehouse area WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel * Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize work and perform accurately in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team QUALIFICATIONS * High School Diploma or GED * 2+ years of receiving, warehouse, material handling, logistics, or related experience * Experience using inventory or ERP systems is preferred * Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE * Competitive pay and great benefits—including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off * Be part of a company that's growing, changing, and full of new opportunities * A supportive, team-focused culture where your ideas matter * Meaningful work that helps build advanced technology products that make a difference around the world Intervala utilizes and/or develops certain technologies which are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
