We are looking to add a Material Handler – Receiving to our team to support our electronics manufacturing operation. As a Material Handler – Receiving, you'll be responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are properly stored and available to support production. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Receive incoming materials and inspect shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness * Verify received materials against packing lists, purchase orders, and receiving documentation * Accurately process receipts and inventory transactions within the inventory management system * Label, organize, and store materials in designated inventory locations * Deliver materials to production and staging areas in a timely manner * Maintain accurate inventory through proper handling, storage, and documentation * Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices * Identify, document, and report discrepancies, damaged materials, or receiving issues * Support quality inspections and work closely with Purchasing, Production, and Quality teams * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving and warehouse area WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel * Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize work and perform accurately in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team QUALIFICATIONS * High School Diploma or GED * 2+ years of receiving, warehouse, material handling, logistics, or related experience * Experience using inventory or ERP systems is preferred * Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE * Competitive pay and great benefits—including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off * Be part of a company that's growing, changing, and full of new opportunities * A supportive, team-focused culture where your ideas matter * Meaningful work that helps build advanced technology products that make a difference around the world   Intervala utilizes and/or develops certain technologies which are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).    Intervala is required to verify the status of all employees to determine whether each employee is a U.S. Person or a Foreign Person for the purposes of determining if an export authorization is required to approve an employee’s access to export-controlled items, not as a condition for hire.     Equal Opportunity Employer Intervala, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity in our workforce.
