Job Description As a Warehouse Handler, you will ensure smooth operations for new supplier parts receipt, production hold parts, and inventory accuracy. You will work with the warehouse team and report to the Warehouse Team Lead and work onsite in Kancheepuram, India. Your Responsibilities: Manage new supplier parts receipt and tracking in SAP and WMS systems. Segregate MRB parts and scrap materials from production and suppliers as per quality guidelines. Maintain accurate MRB and scrap inventory records in SAP and WMS systems. Perform inventory cycle counts for MRB and scrap stock and execute SAP adjustments on time. Post scrap transactions in SAP and ensure compliance with disposal processes. Coordinate scrap disposal with approved vendors, ensuring proper documentation (Gate Pass, Disposal Certificate). Prepare and maintain scrap and MRB reports using MS Excel and share with Quality and EHS teams. Coordinate with receiving an kitting team also will do the supporting role of these functions. Ensure safety and environmental compliance during scrap handling and disposal. The Essentials - You Will Have: Diploma / Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in similar field Strong knowledge of warehouse management applications and Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency in using relevant software applications. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and obtain necessary certifications if required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by operational needs. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: 3+ years of experience in automotive warehouse Hands-on experience in SAP transactions (GRN, TO, cycle count, scrap posting). Familiarity with Lean practices and inventory accuracy improvement projects.
