Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule * Work: Monday & Tuesday – Off: Wednesday & Thursday – Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday * Off: Monday & Tuesday – Work: Wednesday & Thursday – Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday * 12-hour static shifts (Nights - 7:00pm – 7:00am) (Days - 7:00am - 7:00pm) * Rotational Shift:  Alternates between Day Shift (7:00am-7:00pm) and Night Shift (7:00pm-7:00am) hours every 4 weeks ---------------------------------------- What You'll Do * Operate forklift  * Performs duties in a manner that adheres to safety policies and procedures. * Participate in the training curriculum as an operator learning aspects of plastic extrusion line operations while completing assigned duties required for certification * Transferring of finished rolls of film from an extrusion line * Packaging/labeling the rolls per customer specifications * Ensuring a clean, safe work environment * Scrap removal * Stocking production/packaging areas with necessary materials ---------------------------------------- What You’ll Bring Essential Qualifications: * Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds * Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools * Strong communication skills and positive attitude * Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment * Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening Preferred Qualifications: * 2-5 years of plastic extrusion experience * Basic computer knowledge * Previous manufacturing experience ---------------------------------------- Compensation & Benefits  Starting Salary:  * Wages ranging from $19.00 per hour, dependent on experience. * Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
