LABOR AND MATERIAL HANDLER

Job Type: Full-Time
Wage Range: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday / 12:00pm – 10:30pm
Shift Type: Cross Over Shift
Positions Available: 2
Position Overview:
The Labor and Material Handler plays a key role in supporting production flow within our fast-paced industrial coating facility. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training, ideal for individuals who are safety-conscious, reliable, and ready to learn. Experience is preferred but not required.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support production by staging, handling, and moving materials
  • Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • Assist in maintaining a safe work environment in coordination with the OHC
  • Communicate effectively with Team Leads, Supervisors, and Management
  • Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and team updates
  • Support other departments as required to meet production demands

Tools & Equipment Used:

  • Safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe work boots
  • Knives, pliers, compressed air tools
  • Grinders, sanders, pallet jacks (manual and powered)
  • Hanging systems: hooks, chains, and hoists
  • Burn-off oven, banders, and banding equipment
  • Hard hats and other PPE as required
