As a Material Handler I, you will play a critical role in supporting daily waste processing operations by safely moving materials, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting with core plant functions. Key Responsibilities Load and unload autoclave carts and box waste safely and efficiently. Move carts through tipping and cart washing equipment. Clean containers and equipment using pressure washing tools. Inspect carts and containers for cleanliness and damage. Weigh box waste and accurately record processing information. Bale cardboard and assist with loading trailers for shipment. Keep work areas, unloading zones, and equipment clean and organized. Perform general housekeeping and facility cleanup tasks. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines. Track and document daily processing and production volumes. Work closely with team members to support daily operations. Assist with process improvements and special projects as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred. 0-2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, sanitation, or labor experience preferred. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and push/pull loads up to 200 pounds. Reliable transportation. Ability to work flexible schedules including overtime and weekends as needed.
