    $2,600 Sign on bonus! Summary: Rosenboom is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our Inventory Control team. This role is essential to maintaining an accurate and organized flow of materials throughout our facility Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Transport materials to and from stockroom areas, staging, storage, and production floors to ensure timely availability. * Accurately record received and removed inventory into the proper database to maintain daily stock accuracy. * Process and document all “Drop” and “Cut from Drop” sheets. * Conduct spot checks and participate in periodic cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. * Educate team members on proper stock handling and recording procedures. * Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled storage areas, utilizing saved casting boxes when appropriate. * Ensure all materials are labeled correctly with necessary details: quantity, heat numbers, PO numbers, part numbers, and location barcodes. * Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures. * Perform general housekeeping duties in the staging area, stockroom, and storage areas. * Fill in for Toolroom, Stockroom, or Material Handling personnel as needed. Competencies: * Ability to read and understand part numbers, flow of materials, job sheets, and blueprints. * Familiarity with QA policies including  rejection tagging systems. * Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure materials arrive at their point of use efficiently. * Basic computer and keyboarding skills; experience with scanning systems. * Willingness to become certified on equipment including: Combilift, Raymond, Wave, and standard tow motors. * Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform full shifts, including potential overtime. Responsibilities
This role is responsible for transporting materials between stockroom, staging, and production areas, ensuring timely availability, and accurately recording all inventory movements in the database. Essential duties also include processing documentation, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining clean, clearly labeled storage areas.
