Primary Responsibilities: Loading/unloading delivery vehicles of raw sheet metal & finished goods Physical verification of deliveries, assist in updating ERP inventory Material and parts handling, staging, organization between work cells Transportation/organization of materials between local facilities or completing local deliveries on occasion Assist in preparing, packing, labeling, securing parts for shipment Assist in preparing or receiving shipments in ERP; printing/handling packing lists Assist manufacturing team in emptying scrap bins Other day to day tasks as needed to support manufacturing, shipping/receiving department, & on time delivery Starting pay dependent on total related experience Requirements Qualifications 2+ years previous forklift experience required with no work related safety infractions Some experience in a dedicated material handling, warehouse or shipping/receiving role preferred Must be a team player who keeps the customer and others in mind Detail orientated, safety conscious, with an aptitude for organization Valid, current driver’s license (no CDL required), & no moving or impaired while driving traffic violations in last 3 years Ability to regularly lift raw material or finished goods up to 35 pounds Aptitude for computers, comfortable learning new systems/software as needed Able to alternate between sitting/standing for up to 8 hours/day
Responsibilities
Primary duties involve loading and unloading delivery vehicles, physically verifying deliveries, updating ERP inventory, and handling, staging, and organizing materials and parts between work cells. The role also includes assisting with preparing shipments, receiving shipments in the ERP, and supporting the manufacturing team by emptying scrap bins.
