Position: Material Handler / Shipping (Plastic Injection Molding) Location: South Bend, IN (on-site) Schedule: Monday to Friday (based on business needs) Compensation: $22-$25/hr (Dependent on Experience) Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Position Summary: Support shipping and production operations by managing inventory, handling all shipping and receiving activities, and preparing, mixing, and transporting materials for injection molding machines to ensure efficient, high-quality, and uninterrupted production. Essential Functions: Manage production materials and inventory by reviewing schedules, work orders, and BOMs Preparing and staging material mixes for injection molding Operating forklifts to transport materials Receiving and shipping products Updating inventory in IQMS Loading/unloading shipments to support efficient production and order fulfillment. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience operating a forklift 2+ years of Plastics Injection Molding experience Understanding of how to operate grinders, dryers, and other injection molding machinery Strong computer literacy and ability to use IQMS Previous knowledge of UPS/FedEx shipping methods Ability to operate a forklift/material handling equipment Inventory management experience Be a team-oriented professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to add using ratios as well as read, write, and communicate in English Company Benefits: Paid Time Off including holidays and vacation Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 2 Health Plan Options – One with fully reimbursed deductible!
