JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Material Handling Systems / Conveyor Systems Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Indianapolis. This role involves providing high-level technical expertise in the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of conveyor and material handling systems.
The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong focus on operational efficiency and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in material handling and conveyor systems.
• Expertise with technologies such as belt, roller, and overhead conveyors.
• Strong understanding of system controls, PLCs, and automation integration.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA and other regulatory standards.
• Proven track record in large-scale system design and implementation.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
