Job Description Compound development for external customers Evaluation and approval of product and material properties during industrialization in accordance with product requirements; Cooperation with central departments and external partners for implementation of new raw materials and production technologies; Support industrialization of compounds to serial status in cooperation with plants Cooperation with external partners (suppliers, universities, institutes); Qualifications Education: Chemist, Chemical Engineer; Engineer or correlated areas Experience in the industrialization of compounds; Experience with products and application fields; Experience in Project Management - Planing, Leading, Monitoring, Risk management; Technical knowledge of materials (chemicals, compounds, textile cord, textile fabric, steel cord) Language skills: Native level in Hungarian, advanced level in English, German knowledge is an advantage Additional Information The well-being of our employees is important to us.
