Description
  • Assure training is provided to Loera’s Warehouse people to properly execute in REAL TIME on site - in Brownsville, the daily transactions into Oracle related to material received or shipped from Loera’s warehouse.
  • Assure transmission of ASN’s to customers in REAL TIME.
  • Assure breakpoints given to customer are met, in the event of a quality issue from Leon Plant or from a Hope Global Supplier, or as a result engineering changes.
  • Coordinate the sorting activites needed in Loera’s warehouse making sure the sorting activites are performed in line with CS 1 & CS 2 Guidlines and labeling requirements from different customers.
  • Provide a daily detailed report of the sorting activities ???????
  • Assure Loera’s warehouse complies with FIFO Guidelines
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and monthly physical inventory in Loera’s warehouse.
  • Make the ON TIME proper final disposition of absoleteand non-conforming material and assure that is properly reflected into Oracle system
  • Coordinate with Loera’s warehouse the best layout and storage of Hope Global to optimized warehousing cost for Hope Global.
  • Immediately report any abnormality that deserves the quick escalation to Leon Management.
  • Moniter work performed by Loera’s people to comply with standardized work or standard practices established by Hope Global related to materials management.
  • Make individual contribution to the continuous improvement ideas - especially in the reduction of consumables.
  • Keep up to date Loera’s employees regarding Hope Global processes to asure compliance with SGC systems to maintain IATF in Brownsville Warehouse.
  • Report and Escalte to Leon Management when there are not an adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Investigate and correct discrepencies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory.
  • Moniter delivery schedule and customer orders.
  • Check date sensitive products for expiration and facilitate removal or transfer of product as needed.
  • Establish trusted relationships with suppliers to ensure quality service and cost effective deals.
