HOW TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE?

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer service role
• You have great communication skills in English and French (spoken and written)
• You have knowledge of the Microsoft Suite applications (asset)
• You have knowledge and experience in using SAP (asset)
• You are available to work on 12hrs shifts (day/night and weekends), only if needed
• You have the ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
