Responsibilities:

  • Create the Production Plan based on Backward schedule process considering capacity and inventory available.
  • Monitor compliance of the master plan (OTD, master schedule + recovery plan + production monitoring (Late hours))
  • Monitoring costs and inventory vs. production orders (inactive, obsolete and unplanned)
  • Efficiency in change management (RNC, Snags, action sheets re-work orders, etc.)
  • Ensure full customer service for AOG/Spare, availability of material/components on time for production and delivery.
  • Change Management integrated with Production Plan
  • Participate in production DMMs, improvement projects, processes from demand to supply (through cost reduction) and AES (KPI performance, PSS process, etc.).
  • Provide visibility of shorts to production, plan and manage component coverage,
  • Monitoring/analysis of overconsumption of parts (Scrap)
  • Collaborate within the team to achieve common goals
