Job Description We are looking for a Materials Management Specialist to join our Materials Management Team. The objective of the Material Management Specialist is to deliver value through world-class procurement and material management systems, capabilities, and processes by leveraging advanced sourcing methods; global market knowledge and Fluor’s global purchasing volume to obtain the best pricing, quality and service for our clients. Main Responsibilities: Support execution by managing the timely delivery of equipment from the manufacturer or supplier to job site. Participate in multi-discipline team meetings collaborating with Fluor’s Project Management and our clients Material tracking and reporting in support of key project deliverables Review and approval of contractor and supplier invoices. Generation of daily, weekly, or monthly reports to provide project stakeholders Update data in material management reference system to maintain accuracy and consistency for reporting Export data from internal system to perform detailed data analysis, dashboards and reports to support construction requirements Engage with our site construction teams to support our construction work package material availability forecasts Basic Job Requirements Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or other related Business discipline in 2025/2026. Fluor's projects are organized into task forces which operate as a team. Successful candidates will be working closely with other employees and efficient written and oral communication skills are essential to the job. The Materials Management Department performs a number of key functions in which the successful candidate will assist in on a given EPC project.
