Description

We are seeking a structured and forward-thinking Stock Controller to strengthen our team. In this position, you will play a key role in safeguarding inventory accuracy, ensuring reliable stock records, and enabling smooth material flows throughout our operations. Your contribution will be essential to effective production planning, procurement processes, and overall supply chain efficiency. Main Responsibilities: Oversee and reconcile inventory balances across all warehouse and storage locations Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory processes Identify, analyze, and resolve inventory variances, implementing preventive measures where needed Coordinate incoming and outgoing material flows in close collaboration with warehouse and production teams Maintain accurate stock information in ERP/MRP systems Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and material handling processes Work cross-functionally with purchasing, production, and logistics to resolve stock-related matters Required Skills: Strong understanding of inventory management and material flows Experience with stocktaking and inventory reconciliation Ability to manage and analyze stock data Solid knowledge of inventory control processes Languages: English – Fluent/Expert Swedish – Fluent/Expert Start Date and Application: Start date: 2026-03-16 End date: 2026-12-31 Application Deadline: 2026-02-23 Location: Västerås Selections and interviews are ongoing!
