Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and production schedules Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock while minimizing carrying costs Analyze material requirements and create purchase orders in coordination with procurement teams Utilize ERP systems to track material movements, update inventory records, and generate planning reports Identify supply chain bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency Collaborate with production, sales, and procurement departments to align material planning with organizational objectives Prepare and present weekly or monthly planning reports to management, highlighting key metrics and variances Maintain accurate records of material specifications, lead times, and supplier information Respond to urgent material requests and adjust plans as needed to meet changing business requirements Ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Admiration, Management or Engineering At least 2 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations Proficiency with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms) PREFERRED: Power BI and AI knowledge SKILLS: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and pivot tables Strong understanding of demand forecasting methodologies and inventory optimization principles Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management Strong time management and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management (preferred) Familiarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems (preferred) Experience with supply chain management best practices (preferred) #LI-UJ1 Additional Information #LI-UJ1 WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
