It is a component stock of MSCI Singapore, FTSE Straits Times Index and Dow Jones Best-in-Class Asia Pacific Index.   Job description: Responsible for the provision of aircraft spares for aircraft induction Coordinate with customers, production, and planning staff to understand the material requirements Responsible for liaising with Production, Customer, Stock Control, Purchasing, Receiving, Shipping and Freight forwarders to monitor and prioritise/ expedite all outstanding critical/ urgent aircraft materials required for the project Liaise with production/customer to for resolution of long lead-time material demands Ensure appropriate approval from customers / management prior to spares procurement and/or check customer's ERP system for stock availability Attend pre-induction meeting and identify spares that potentially impact the aircraft re-delivery schedule / work stoppage/ disruption to production schedules Responsible for preparing material status/inventory and KPI reports for customer and production Perform review and analysis of frequently used materials for provisioning. Responsible for recommending MRP levels and optimising inventory levels Ad hoc material and operational improvement tasks as and when assigne   Requirements: Minimum Diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Basic knowledge of Data Analytics  Knowledge and familiarity with SAP is an advantage  Possess strong interpersonal skill and a positive attitude to handle challenging customers and resolve tense situations Able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
