Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for planning and control of raw materials, packaging, and trading goods to meet the customer requirements, operational efficiently and optimize costs. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Plan to order raw materials, packaging, and trading goods to meet the requirements. Coordinate with Planner on Production Scheduling plan to secure material to meet requirements. Control the Purchased order is completed on time and in full. Control the amount of inventory as the optimal level. Ensure timely communication regarding inventory and supply issued of raw materials, packaging and trading goods. Coordinate with other departments such as Logistics, Procurement, Import-Export, Production, Customer Service and Sales Department to ensure the efficiency of the operation. Action follows as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 including the rules of company. Comply with regulations Various security rules According to the policies and standards set by the company Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any other related field Experiences and Background Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Materials Planning, Supply Chain or Logistics functions Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work in a team environment with good interpersonal skills Skilled in production and supplier scheduling Knowledgeable of supplier processes and capabilities Proficient in MRP systems and Microsoft excel Additional Information We offer competitive salaries, aligned with local market benchmarks and the specific scope and responsibilities of each role.
