The Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) team is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) who will be the liaison between Supply Chain and program IPT(s). What You Will Do Manage and support execution activities for material program strategy (MPS) and the material program plan (MPP). Ensure program competitiveness and performance from the front end of the business through contract closure. Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for Gates 0-11 activities and ensure IPDP compliance for the programs and tailoring when applicable. Provide financial activities such as earned value, budgets, material forecasts, etc. Conduct supplier management activities that can include evaluating supplier risk, and opportunity, supplier performance and related metrics. Communicate customer flow-through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty, etc. Act as the Control Account Manager (CAM) as needed. Assist with special departmental projects. Frequently communicate with various levels of internal staff and customers regarding projects, program performance, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, and contractual clarifications and support. Conduct and participate in meetings and briefings for internal and external representatives. Support company safety and ethics standards. Support supply chain proposal inputs. Travel domestically not more than 25%. Qualifications You Must Have Minimum 2 years experience in project/program/product management, production control, finance and/or supplier management activities. Experience using Microsoft Office applications such as EXCEL, Word, Power Point. Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. Qualifications We Prefer Experience working in the Department of Defense industry. Experience working in a supplier management role. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
