The Material Supervisor Development Opportunity is a structured 24‑month program designed to prepare employees for supervisory roles within logistics and warehousing operations. The program combines technical training, leadership development, and practical experience to build capability in safety leadership, work coordination, communication, and decision‑making. Participants are supported through a defined development plan that promotes accountability, continuous improvement, and long‑term career progression. This role provides operational support at Woodside Industries while enhancing absence coverage across multiple locations.
