MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in cleanrooms, with knowledge of cleanroom protocols, process integration, and operation of nanofabrication equipment.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, technical documentation, and effective communication.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in the UC Berkeley Nanofabrication Laboratory.
  • Familiarity with advanced lithography techniques (e-beam lithography, direct-write, mask-based, maskless), PVD/CVD deposition processes, dry/wet etching, and nanostructure characterization methods.
  • Hands-on experience with wire bonding and/or flip-chip bonding.
  • Experience working with silicon carbide, carbon, and titanium alloys.
  • Knowledge of COMSOL or similar multiphysics simulation software.
  • Programming skills in Python and/or MATLAB.
