Job Overview:
We are seeking a fulltime Materials Coordinator to support our engineering and workshop teams.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will assist in the receiving of inwards goods and will be a crucial element in our coordination of material as it comes through our facility. It includes but is not limited to incoming goods, stores management, packaging and dispatch of completed works.

Responsibilities:

• Loading/unloading of trucks and signing for deliveries
• Receiving goods and checking contents against supplier documents and purchase orders
• Inspection of goods and material to ensure fit for fabrication
• Completing receiving documentation required for handover to accounts for payments
• Keeping stores, factory and yard organised and tidy
• Picking parts, piping and components for the fabrication of larger equipment and documenting part traceability on engineering drawings
• Packing completed works to make ready for dispatch (small parts into boxes/airbags, constructing and loading pallets and occasionally loading shipping containers)
• Assist manufacturing with other duties from time to time
