Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Materials Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the forecasting, planning, scheduling, and workflow processes, working closely with operations, procurement, and logistics to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the forecasting, planning, scheduling, and workflow processes.
  • Collaborate daily with operations, procurement, and logistics to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Review order quantities and confirm inventory needs 1-3 weeks in advance by communicating the production schedule for each product.
  • Analyze current and future material levels and finished goods inventory to plan production schedules for 2-16 weeks out.
  • Communicate with procurement on material needs.
  • Set targets for master production planning, material requirements planning, and production scheduling metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of manufacturing experience in a production-related field.
  • Experience with SAP ERP system or equivalent ERP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (MS Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • Strong communication skills in technical work environments.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
