Description
Manage the control process of the master data in our MRP systems (MFGPro, SAP, and Kinaxis sustainment), which is required to support a world-class materials organization for the Aerospace Group. Develop and maintain data management systems using data from the existing MRP systems for the Global Aerospace Materials team, while creating tools and reporting dashboards to help to give more visibility and controls of daily operations. Drive adoption and effective usage of the Kinaxis advanced planning tool by the supply chain community in support of the end-to-end Network Planning process. Support network planning community with training and problem solving to deliver optimal results. Generate key actionable insights ensuring the planning teams are able to deliver maximum business value. Transform raw data into accessible, accurate, and insightful datasets for business users focusing on data quality, data modeling, and data visualization. Develop and maintain data models that align with business needs and analytical requirements. Design data structures that are optimized for analysis and reporting. Build and maintain automated data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse. Ensure data pipelines are efficient, scalable, and reliable. Work with business users to understand their needs and design data visualization and reporting solutions. Document data models and processes for easy understanding and maintenance. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of five (5) years in data management/analysis experience in Materials or Supply Chain Management. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Extensive knowledge and experience of working with supply chain data, preferably within MFGPro and/or SAP S4, including Materials and Procurement data. Good working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes including Procurement, Materials Planning, & Inventory Planning. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making. Demonstrable value creation using analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
